1. Recite affirmations 3 times a day. In the morning, midday, and at night.
2. Reflect on your day at night. Recall every event that took place and how you felt. What did you learn today? What was the highlight?
3. Set aside time to plan and reflect. There is no reason to worry outside of this time and you can focus on the present moment.
4. Make life sustainable. Make it easy so that you can do it forever. Slow down and appreciate.
5. Only review situations when they are over. It is impossible to review and experience simultaneously. It is impossible to review prior to an experience. You are capable of enjoying any situation, regardless of your preconceptions, if you commit to reviewing afterwards.
6. Don’t chase productivity. Remind yourself of your priorities and put effort into them. Don’t waste time and energy chases something unworthy. Begin with asking why?
