7. Play the lotto or gamble. The odds undeniably unfavourable. Your irrational mind is taken advantage when they tempt you with flashy prizes.
8. Follow what’s popular. Everyone has unique values, follow yours. Popularity doesn’t influence the facts, so don’t let it influence your decision.
9. Any extreme is unhealthy and unsustainable. Aim for balance no matter what your impulses tell you.
