1. Stop comparing. Everything is unique and has positive aspects. Focus on finding them in what you have.
2. When something that seems unfortunate happens, Ask yourself “how is this the best thing that could have happened?”. This may of prevented a worse fate or given rise to opportunity.
3. To cultivate a positive subconscious, you must make an effort to be positive when conscious. Make positivity your default by focusing on the good. It is a process called neuroplasticity.
4. Accept what is and what isn’t in your control. Take action when possible and always embrace the outcome.
5. Realise that you choose to be here. Remember the motivation and reasons for which you act, work, sacrifice, and live.
6. Life is not what happens to you, but rather how you interpret it Nothing is good or bad but thinking makes it so.
7. You will receive what you give your attention. If you focus on happiness and pleasure then you will receive it. YOU CHOOSE YOUR OWN REALITY.
Don’t have a hostile, anxious, insecure, resentful or depressive attitude. They attract situations and people of the same type.
