Leave early for appointments. Account for an unexpected delay. There is no harm in waiting if there's none. Rushing places welcomes unnecessary stress.
Simplifying your life. When you require less, you need not worry about excessive maintenance and the fear of loss.
Define what your daily 'needs' are. Once accomplished, you may work on your 'wants' without doubt nor worry.
Know yourself, your triggers and your values. Have strategies to battle expected conflict. Nurture your values and not someone else's (often fame or fortune).
Focus your energy on the basic and prevalent. Don't fixate on small factors which contribute much less. e.g Health. Exercise and a healthy diet instead of specific nutrients or trends.
Prioritise yourself. Make selfish decisions to satisfy your needs. You are only free to help others if you are okay.
